Pricing: All prices are in GBP.

Settlement Terms: All orders are to be paid for in advance unless credit terms have been arranged separately with Posy Tots Ltd. Credit terms will be arranged based on order history and a credit check will be carried out.

In the event that an order is out of stock, your order will be dispatched and back order stock will be delivered separately at no additional charge.

Cancellation: You have a statutory right to cancel your order by sending a letter or email up to and including the 7th day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after the date on which you ordered/received your items. Refunds: Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product, providing that it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in the original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is being returned as unwanted.

Supply: All products shown are subject to availability, delivery is usually within 5-7 working days. We will notify you by email should there be a delay longer than 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
